About
Editorial judgment,applied at scale.
The through-line
I began my career in journalism, where I learned to find the real story, ask better questions, edit without losing a writer’s voice, and make difficult ideas clear under deadline. As an editor and editorial leader at Bleacher Report, ESPN, Vox Media, and The Shadow League, I expanded that judgment into publishing operations, audience strategy, and cross-functional production.
My work later moved into enterprise technology and financial services. At Microsoft, Synchrony Bank, and JPMorgan Chase, I applied the same discipline to product pages, support content, customer stories, information architecture, content governance, and reusable systems. I learned to treat content not only as something to publish, but as infrastructure: standards, templates, taxonomies, workflows, and guidance that help organizations communicate consistently.
More recently, I have brought that experience to AI evaluation and model training at Amazon AGI Data Services and Outlier. The medium changed, but the core work did not: interpret intent, weigh evidence, spot subtle failures, explain editorial decisions, and improve how information reaches people.
Turn complexity into clear content—and build the structures that help teams do it repeatedly.
